Hi! I am not sure what exactly happened, as I wasn't there myself and probably should not judge what happened without knowing the full story. However, it is true that this topic has been talked about before. Everyone on the team obviously wants as much free stuff as possible, including mood scrolls, but it takes a lot of time to approve it. I do understand the frustration, but at the moment we don't have a real time frame on when we can get it approved. If you would like to keep suggesting for it to be implemented, I recommend posting in the suggestion thread found here.
