Hi! sorry about the confusion. based on my understanding, there is actually two criterias that needs to be met. 60 days is one of them and the second is the SWB needs to reset. So if your 60th day happens in the middle of a monthly period, you need to wait for it to reset next month before it becomes cross-server. If you continue to not have cross-server, i recommend contacting customer service for any issues.
