you get 10% stats based on your total BP, maybe that's why they have high combo rate?

ever notice how some players in arena have 20k power or 29k power and the average is around 26k bp but even a difference of 1k bp makes a huge difference in arena.

No, your stats in arena are the basic level 100 ones the ninja owns + initiative. The 10% thing was there for a very short time after 2.0 introduction and was removed after 1-2 months due to a ton of complaints.
In arena the combo rating of a ninja is 0, so just have the basic chance to start a combo (that's 30% i think), unless we talk about special standard attacks.
The water whip of azure fang clone is one of these special cases since have an enhanced basic chance to land and start a combo.

who said they were removed? is there a thread or something? I seriously doubt they removed the 10% stats because some teams especially those 70k+ teams (with armor clothing) do way more damage somehow and it's not the buffs because I run garra and wind main sand dust team with minato.
