Hi! From my knowledge some of the ramen should have been saved but each ramen event does have its own criteria so it is possible that not all ramen events allow you to keep your ramen. I am asking my team on this topic and whether or not anyone else has this issue. I will update this post when I do find out more. In the meantime, you c*so contact customer support if you believe your ramen has disappeared in error, they may be able to help you.
