not exactly in the topic, but the Azure Fang talents in the last row (curse mark test and Reserve Seal) are somehow not on the German servers, and I was wondering, what effects do they have? I mean, the reserve seal probably heals you by a % of your max hp upon taking dmg, but what is that other thing doing?
