Some moves have a "certain hit" property, examples include gnw 1010 mystery, sage naruto standard, regular naruto standard, kushina standard. These attacks will always hit the enemy, and do not trigger evasion or block skills. Evasion or block skills that only function against the first attack suffered can still be triggered later in the round even if the ninja get hit by a "certain hit" attack.

The "certain hit" property is not always displayed in the skill description. Certain hit moves also ignore taunt.

Some moves, like sailor sakura standard, or mb first standard, ignore taunt skills. These skills are still subject to evasion and block skills.

For sailor sakura specifically, the standard means if there are 5 or more units on the field, hinata with mystery active does not have to be one of four units hit. Edo deidara also hit 4 units per standard, but hinata with mystery active has to be one of the units hit, while the other 3 are random.
