more importantly it ignores the palm rotation thing that hinata and neji do, as well han's little steam release thing. or at least other "ignore defensive skills" attacks do, such as sage naruto

ahh okay. I know sage naruto goes right through hinatas defense, so I guess I just assumed other skills with the "ignore defensive skills" did as well
