Since now han, masked man, jonin and hokage minato seem to be pretty common i think this issue is pretty common as well, so i wanted to talk about it because imho doesn't make any sense. I didn't select bug because is not a bug even if imho should be so.

Anyways: if ninjas with evasion skills are under immobile, chaos or sleep effect shouldn't their evasion too cease to work as long as the effect is up?
