OK guys i just beat this one in my server. Here is my lay out

Kabuto-Choza-Kimimaru

Skill set 2/2/1/4/4 with demon fox summon

Reserve seal is optional, i honestly just use it to offset some of the damage.

Kabuto can be swapped with GNW Sakura if you want to restructure the combo because she does make more clones for choza to feed on but kabuto lets kimi heal himself some as well.
