I've been trying to find changes to skill breakthrough characters so I know who to grind and store fragments for in future updates, but I can't seem to find links to actual do*ents or lists (I just get 404 errors).

Does anyone know where I can find a working list for expected or existing skill breakthrough characters in the German/Chinese versions?
