I've been trying to find changes to skill breakthrough characters so I know who to grind and store fragments for in future updates, but I can't seem to find links to actual do*ents or lists (I just get 404 errors).


Does anyone know where I can find a working list for expected or existing skill breakthrough characters in the German/Chinese versions?

dont bother saving frags, the whole system changes to use items instead of frags later, and books aren't worth getting anyway, you want mutations which wont be out until the system change comes
