Where exactly did you get all that "death of f2p" from? Because as far as I can see from convoy changes, weaker players just got a buff in terms of more cp after plunder. If any1 gets hit, it's the plundering people.
Because the only way f2p players can catch up to big spenders is through getting coupons via plunder. Now on 4.0 they can't do that cause they don't have ingots.

Plunder nerf is the bad of 4.0 but everyone forgot about the ugly cross server GNW. There are Germany videos on Youtube explaining the full details of 4.0. Take a look and see for yourselves even if don't understand what they are saying, at least u get to expect whats to come in 2 months.
How can we know what to expect when we can't understand what they're saying lol
