I know it used to be 1-2 frags per 60 seals, just curious if it's still the same. Reply

Still the same (at least in kage. havent pulled other treasures in a while).

Hello and good afternoon, You can get 1-2 Frags of Itachi Susanoo every 50-70 in Kage Treasure and in Jinchuriki 1 and 2.

Edo Tensei Treasure from my experience can give you every 30-50 seal scrolls 1-2 fragments (50 rarely most likely 30-40) so its sligtly better rate.
