They really need to give people a way to access and upgrade those characters even if they aren't useful, for example give me 30 Konohamaru Corps frags every month I reach sage in arena, not just the first time.

Regular Konohamaru was some silly facebook thing which means if you don't use facebook you're screwed, which shouldn't be the case.

Regular Konohamaru can be obtained via "Community Events" before. Criteria is you refer someone to play the game and if that person recharges, you'll get 5 Konohamaru fragments.

It's a lot of effort for a character that is pretty useless. Lets be real.

Inviting someone to play the game isn't much of an effort, is it? I mean you just send out links and all.

Well, he can't anymore, why not make a new method? Or maybe make it a referral system that doesn't use facebook, just send players below 30 a link/code, when you get like, 20-50 people in (come on, 50 alts for one ninja?)
