Sailor Sakura would be super strong, plus her standard, definitely one of the best choices. It's only a bit expensive to get her. But can collect her frags through events.
to be Honest all the ninjas besides Minato in your team are very easy to get even for a f2p. I have 118 garra frags that i bought from merchant black market on top of the 5$ garra 4* so if play for 6-7 months you can get that garra 4* easy, The other thing is that sailor sakura was really cheap a few weeks back in mobilization event a total of 33-40 frags of her were obtainable as f2p you just needed *t account to trade missions with, then she was dirt cheap in 2 lucky boards for roughly 40-50 Coupons per frag even if you had ZERO coupons you could obtain about 10-15 frags just by spending you daily coupons and right now she is in lucky board again only 15 points! per frag

In my experience of superkage battles in UK region i can tell you what Zelgadis said is true.
There you meet usually these teams:
1) Han, Roshi, Sailor Sakura, AF
2) Han, Mei, Sailor Sakura, AF
3) Sasuke Susano'o/Kimimaro, MB, Danzo, Mifune
4) Cursed Hidan, Roshi, Bee sst, AF/MB
just to talk about the teams that whales don't run.
How can you beat even one of these teams by not owning initiative (since you are in server 800+ there's no way you'll have initiative in superkage, not even if you are a whale and paid 2000$ so far).
That team lose also against old common lineups like mei mabui tenten AF, MB blitz team or Sage naruto, Danzo, Iruka, SB (that now are harder to be seen in superkage there).
believe me when I say this that I have beaten the Han,mei,S sakura and water main team and the mabui 1010 team too, Now I admit you can't win against roshi Han and SS team S itachi etc but it can beat the old me
ta quite easily, people underestimate Hokage minato too much. -

also Sasuke sussano is a scrub, you see his biggest weakness against minato is no immunity to debuffs and people usually run him with danzo or someone that can buff his damage and ninjutsu, even if you are slower then S sasuke minato will still rasengan the back line and if someone in the back line is tagged it's gg, then there is also the fact that this team takes away barrier too.

The team garv talked about: sasuke susanoo, mb, danzo, mifune runs root of warrior and acupuncture mystery. So tag gets applied only if minato select danzo as a target. In the meanwhile the enemy if is wise let tsunade do her action and then acupunctures gaara so, even if af heals it and he didn't use the mystery the barrier breaker gets delayed to round 2 and one between tsunade and gaara gets chaosed by danzo. If it is tsunade gaara can't break the barrier neither in round 2 because the enemy will target azure fang with sasuke mystery and the combo would put her under immobile. Otherwise he just targets tsunade that very likely will have less hp than gaara at the end of the combo. At that point you fire or minato mystery that due to the boost of resistance row gives will land around 2k, very likely on a single target, or you will use both tsunade and gaara barrier, so you landed close to zero damage, and at that point what do you do? Your team have half hp if not less, you could have healed with azure fang mystery but or you used minato mystery or you use both barrier break and tsunade's. We are on round 3 and him still owns mifune mystery and danzo resurrection and in round 4 will have again sasuke. What will you do?
That team loses in arena against han roshi + two healers because removes all the buffs and immunity they owns, thing the team the opener shows dont do.
Btw,to go back to the topic...
The main reason i see why the opener with that team have it easy, imho, is the level. Very likely he is under level 80 and since 3.0 arena have brackets of +/- 10 levels, so he simply can't meet anybody higher than level 90. As soon as he reach level 82 he begins to meet people like garv (RuumikaTakagi in server 302) and will begin to understand what he means.
I wan't talking specifically about that variation of minatos team, I use killer bee instead of tsunade and I use wind main instead of water. True you have to actually tag danzo to have more then 50% chance of win but here's the thing you can bait light main with killer bee mystery and then overwrite their barrier with garra, you c*e wind mains sand dust but I use impetus, with 5x attacks on minato there is a pretty good chance that danzo will get tagged. I am not making stuff up out of thin air here I have defeated quite a few of those teams in arena and if all else fails you c*e garra mystery too.
