Depends who you manage to tag, ignite and poison. You c*so use Possession Hidan, Roshi, Masked/Bee. Again with King of Hell. Double attack on Hidan. Whoever survives should die round 2 to Roshi. Easy. You can as well use Roshi, Han, Fire and Hanzo with King of Hell. But that might be a very long fight.
