I would love to answer your previous questions. But unfortunately, You've already answered it yourself. I don't want to upset you, however, how can I answer something, if you're unwilling to accept that singular answer? It's a hypothetical question. I'll still answer it of course. It's RNG. and sadly, it hasn't favored you from what you've been saying.

There's plenty of players who experience "Dry Spells" (Common term in games) and frankly, There are others who have god-like luck in return. From Itachi wheel to the latest one being Minato in Lucky Star, from extremely high spenders to the lower f2p. Everyone has a good base and a shot to obtain something amazing.

I'm sure you disagree, but it's the honest answer.

As for the Mood Scrolls, It's been addressed previously and we haven't received the answer if it's coming or not.

Regardless of promises, We as moderators can't be defined by our promises alone. The game itself can change on a dime. Final decisions come from above, and from there, we annouce it as news. We've fought plenty for Mood Scrolls, But it's something that doesn't look like it'll come anytime soon. Me being as open about it as possible.
