What is Daily Recharge Rebate? Is it for new server?

Due to I couldn't login during the issue, I didn't see any Daily Recharge Rebate event in my server, S1 Naruto NY.

I would like to double check before I submit the information.
I did recharge 2 days, before the issue and after you fix the issue.

I missed the deadline of Daily Recharge Rebates and as a result I couldn't get the rewards.

This thread is only for Daily Recharge Rebates compensation. On new servers, players can recharge XY ingots and they can receive Iruka fragments and more rewards. We will only compensate players that wanted to recharge to receive those rewards but unfortunately they couldn't.

You have to provide every single information that we need and want from you. And that is :

UID (If you are using Facebook account, you can find your UID on the bottom of the page. For players with OAS account : go to your profile - "change nickname") :
Time you recharged :
Track ID (oasis order ID, it should be something like this: 13***X_narutoen) :
Rewards you didn't receive for recharging (That means how many fragments or what rewards you were supposed to receive for recharging) :
