so do i post here if i had an issue with recharge or is there somewhere else?

I had several instances back to back where i did not recieve the ingots that I paid for.

1st Time

2nd Time

I dont have the track ID for any of these because I didnt think to look for it at the time that this happened. I do have the receipts in my email though showing that I paid. In total I made 4 purchase for $1 each but only the first one went through. These remaining three did not.
