This thread is only for Daily Recharge Rebates compensation. On new servers, players can recharge XY ingots and they can receive Iruka fragments and more rewards. We will only compensate players that wanted to recharge to receive those rewards but unfortunately they couldn't.

For players that want their conpensation :

You have to provide every single information that we need and want from you. And that is :

Your character name :
Server ID :
UID (If you are using Facebook account, you can find your UID on the bottom of the page. For players with OAS account : go to your profile - "change nickname") :
Time you recharged :
Track ID (oasis order ID, it should be something like this: 13***X_narutoen) :
Rewards you didn't receive for recharging (That means how many fragments or what rewards you were supposed to receive for recharging) :

First of all, this is not your UID, your UID are numbers. Second of all, we can't help you withut Track ID or at least some proof or recharge.

When exactly did you recharge those ingots ?
