• Mei is in events on occasion. She was in the 1 ingot sales before the one we have now and she is also in the Minato wheel. I was actually lucky enough to get her in the 1 ingot sales with a 1/150 chance (I had already drawn her as well) and then with this lucky wheel i got her to 4*.She is a rare but I think her value is that of a super rare.
