If you're on a new server, there's literally no reason to rush leveling up, It doesn't really get you anything. At first your power growth will fall behind but it'll eventually even out.

I stopped intentionally leveling in the 40s and just focused on sweeping elites and saving up materials/coupons.

Oh my server is old, S43 came out like august last year because I like "Minato" the best. But i have experimented with some stuff on new servers.
