Im a level 74 with 37K BP playing on a 2-month old server. I started freezing my level at level 65, and with patch 4.0, I am only claiming 3 froggies from daily missions which are 20(for chakra pack), 60(for ninja drags), and 100(for mt myoboku). Like they stated above, freeze but also give something to your group. If there isnt enough players to complete that 200 points to enter GNW, then no need to be completely frozen(lol). Because lets face it, GNW is the best source of seal scrolls even if you are not winning your fights weekly. And with new servers, there is a high chance of only 2 or even 1 group participating in GNW because of the lack of players. So its an easy seal scroll every week.

Me, I dont do wanted missions and main plots, unless I already need awakening materials from that instance. And also, I make sure to contribute 6 points to my group daily, just not claiming the 40 and 60 froggies.
