I have about 200 basic refines and 300 common cloth. I'm already at the level where I use advance refines and advance cloths. What do I do with these items I don't need anymore?

Basic refines can be exchanged in Space-Time for points that you can get other items for or bet on fights for a chance to gain more (go to Strongest Ninja and then search for redeem icon). Common clothes- for now only option is to sell those.

Basic refines you can trade for space-time points and you earn a lot of coins selling the clothes;P
