Can ya'll mods do a poll to see how many ppl got minato in various ranges of coupons/ingots being spent and what their player lvl is like compared to everyone else on their server?
Usually it is the low lvl nubs that just happen to get lucky and literally today I called it that a low lvl nub that doesn't play will come on and get him, they did 1 x10 spin. Got minato (then they did x4 more x10 and got 1 tendo frag and some seals) and went off. He said he doesn't play much (as his lvl is around 12 lower than avg, we are in the 80-90 range) and he was just saving for a while.
This is just triggering so much since I've been spending and got 1 tendo frag and that's it. (Last one I needed btw, even though they are common here).
Oh and a question, is the event completely independent from player to player i.e. only rates have been increased for getting him or is it some total server luck type of thing i.e. 30% chance anyone getting him today on a server.
