XD i am like this never happened and would not happen , like minato is( one of the best ninjas in the game) , so i assumed that there is an rng dilemma going on

Minato Flak Jacket is a beast O-o you just have to make sure he lives.

But the topic is focused on hokage minato and not sure why but either INFAMOUS 66 got hokage and jonin mixed up or he thinks both are good, which isn't the case since hokage is weaker than jonin and not a lot of mains c*e hokage to be effectively to balance out his squishiness.

Same here, though I spent only about half as much - the best I got was the 10-stars pack. * I keep getting baited with these wheels lol.

Minato can win you a game single handed, just because some ninjas are immune to debuffs does not mean minato is automatically useless. I have killed so many sasuke sussano teams and ay teams it's almost laughable plus ninjas like roshi and even sussano itachi (which is like 3000 seal scrolls) can't even touch him if he is in the back, all you need is one tag just one and the team goes boom. plus if you use minato with earth main sometimes he can attack up to six times with lightened boulder jutsu, he gets his last 2 attacks when you click on his mystery because that counts as an ''action'' too.

End of the day power matters more than ninjas. Most people don't like him because he lacks a chase. Currently, jonin version is better than hokage.

Minato is given to inactive and weak players. Perhaps to trick medium/high spenders into spending more, making them believe his drop rate is very high.

OR, it could just be RNG..

ur wrong about that, currently at my server ~ 10-12 ppl got minato, half of them above 70k bp. Its more about drop rate, we are thinking minato drop rate is around 500 spins per time. +-
