So me and my groupmate is arguing whether upgrading to Group lv 11 requires group activity lv 10 or not. (Normally in order to upgrade group level, u'll need to upgrade all the other things first to the same level as ur group (wheel, group skills, group activities) but the description of the group level requirement only says " Lucky wheel and Skills study upgraded to lv 10" but it's in red (but we already have group skills lv 10 and wheel lv 10)....
