Agree. I Saw two Minatos in one day (maybe more after I went off or sleep) and Tendo frag every 10 draw. Maybe Tendo is not bait anymore, but have such luck for Minato? Hum.. But they were quite low levels and every low level have more luck on draw as someone who is in TOP.

Wasn't just low levels for me, many people got him just by drooping a few coupons, i drooped some coupons myself "about 200" and got some tendo frags, but if you try right now, i actually drooped 60$ which is a lot for me and i got nothing but seal scrolls and summon scrolls, so im assuming they fixed it, because no one is getting anything anymore.

One of my group mates just got him now so huge luck or they didnt fix it yet.

it wasn't a bug, the wheel simply wasn't rigged, but this doesn't mean they didn't rig it now XD

please inform me of how many times people spun on your server exactly? because for all you know the rate could easily be over 1/20k with some people getting lucky

There was about 3 in a matter of 20 minutes coming from people spending around 200 coupons max each and tendo frags where just going insane. we are not talkign about big spenders who spanned 200 times

and 2 of those 3 where free pulls, since those 3 no one in my server has been able to pull him, but ive seen streams of people in others servers getting just as lucky at the same time frame. but he suddenly stopping.

Nothing has been done to the Lucky Wheel, it's still being quite lucky : P
