another guy in my server got minato after reset,and there was one before him yesterday. so it's once per day chance for each server it seems.

My groupmate just pulled Minato a while ago.

nope i dont think so. 4 players got minato on my server. everyone is going crazy.

I dont think there's anything to fix it rng,I hope they left it as it was no change needed but with oasis you never know,I for example got nothing but stars and 2 summoning scrools from over 40 pulls

After the initial 3 Minato's that were pulled, all yesterday there was nothing at all the entire day other than some seal scrolls and Tendo frags.

I hope the chances are still the same, I didn't get him yesterday, so...

It's all based on chance. Just this morning, I saw two players on my server get Minato O.o I hope you get lucky!

I got minato easy enough and i played for a week

The real question is whether it's really based on odds or whether it hands out one once a certain quota has been spent on the server?

I would be pissed if its a certain quota because I spent 5000 ingots in it and only got 2 tendo frags and stars. So a random dude who drew will get lucky because I dropped heaps of rolls in the event and he is lucky to get it? I know its fun for the the one who won but for me who spent heaps and got nothing I feel robbed. probably next time put and exact percentage chance to get those frags and change the events name to "Unlucky Stars" to warn people before they spent money but that would hurt the business so no chance that it will be like that. Im just so angry right now like I did 150 rolls and only got 1 tendo frags you gotta be kidding me man this aint funny not in a single bit!

I like Minato as a character but don't have team for him, hope I get him on free draw though... Gotta spend all on lucky board not this. xD

Well it looks like its been adjusted because yesterday there were quite a few of them dropped and there werent any that i seen today even though people were pulling lots but only getting other stuff. Really once you got all the attack magatama im not sure its worth pulling any more since the drop rates looks much lower now.

Hi! There is no limit, I have seen and heard of some cases where there were like 7 to 9 pulls for Minato 80x fragments. Also, the chances has not been adjusted.
