  • I dont think there's anything to fix it rng,I hope they left it as it was no change needed but with oasis you never know,I for example got nothing but stars and 2 summoning scrools from over 40 pulls


It's all based on chance. Just this morning, I saw two players on my server get Minato O.o I hope you get lucky!

Hi! There is no limit, I have seen and heard of some cases where there were like 7 to 9 pulls for Minato 80x fragments. Also, the chances has not been adjusted.
