In lucky starts many people where pulling minato/ tendo frags at the beginning of the event, not just in my server but many others, but after the spree no one can pull anything apart from seal scrolls/summon scrolls, do you guys think osasis made a mistake and they hot fixed it so we don't get the frags so easily anymore? or has someone in your server been pulling minato or tendo frags tonight without dropping to much cash?
