We've had 3 on S43 within the first few hours after maintenance, all roughly below 1k coupons spent, around 800ish for two of them, 400 for one.

I spent like 1200 and got nothing and others spent like 3k+ and also didn't get him, so I have no idea.

Given how low it was for people to get him, me spending more and not getting him makes me feel a bit robbed.

  • We 4 today on our Server well 4 that i saw, watch them shadow reduce the odds by tomorrow =p.

.After the initial batch that happened very quickly on servers this morning, not a single person got him all day on our server, so maybe they did.
