Can you get all the rewards for fighting by yourself? If it's like Matsuri I imagine it's level based to an extent which is hard to organize a team for at lower levels.

Apparently it's not level based and it's "ranking" is unique to that mode, so I recommend partnering with someone who is quite a ways up there in power to get your daily stuff done.
