I spent about 1k just to give Lucky Star a chance for once, I got 2 Tendo frags. I actually won mine from Mission boxes months ago, between that and Ultimate Training I've just been hoping to get the last 20 i need to 4 star him in an event or something.

Since I figured being basically a free character there's no good reason why his Fragments should remain hard to get or costly anymore, especially when he's not even as useful as Hashirama who is quite cheap these days.

Silly me underestimating Oasis.

I only haven't recruited him and WB Asuma because I'm not far off of another Banner Ninja in Tendo free draws so since i haven't really had a use for either of them yet I thought it best to wait awhile, I would only use him in Ranked and I don't have any other pains to go with him right now so...
