yeah I know a guy like that on my server, he is even worse recharged about 40k for minato when he first came out then didn't even use him and still to this day is not using him and what's more he spent half his ingots on buying seal scrolls and pulled for tendo pain (back when he wasn't free) Now he uses a crap pain team that he copied from frickin ninja exams lmao. you can't make this * up

you can get lucky just pull for minato when there's less players online or right after a server time reset, I got minato with just approximately 1500 coupons spent.
