No minato since Thursday on our server too and most people who got him were low power and people are still dropping lots but no minato is happening I can't imagine why ......

I actually managed to get him today. I'm around 52k power (55k at max) to, so...

We only had 2-3 I believe (all <1k CPs spent) on our servers in the morning-noon of Day 1 and no drops since.

Kept the game on for 2 whole days to see how many people spend into this event and from what I can see, people are *ing through this wheel in hopes for it.

Other than the magas, the other rewards are mediocre value at most, so the incentive is Minato although the current drop rate is questionable O_o

That was the exact same case on my server. I spent 1.2k later that day and got nothing and it's been nothing every day after that, though just before midnight someone won him again.

Usually I don't bother with lucky star because no one ever seemed to win jack * in it before but now they've apparently found a whole new way to bait people into wasting their coupons it would seem.

But all we keep getting told "Nothing is wrong with the rates" "Nothing was changed" But you know, not like there's ever been good reason to believe that.

You can't tell me something is RNG or luck when the same situation has happened across multiple servers over and over. That's called a pattern.

same here. 3 with minato so far, all low powers or highly inactive ones.

6k power player (1x 10 draw), in the 40k range (4x 10 draws), and another low powered one. Our top 10 is around 80k, none of them has received him, no matter amount of ingots dumped in the wheel.

Spent more than 2k coupons....I honestly thought that the chance of me getting Tendo was arounf 1%, but I have at least around 6 Tendo frags now that I've recruited him....Still dont have Minato.
