New servers open up all the time, because of this, the platinum recharge giving Iruka is fine. It isn't just about you. If you have him at 5 stars already just use his frags for refinement.

You obviously don't know what the word suffering is. If I had 5 star Obito (Boy) I wouldn't care if I got more frags of him, just more refinement for me. Just cause you have 5 star iruka doesn't mean everyone in the game has 5 star iruka.
