I did it with Earth main, Ukon/Sakon, Sailor Sakura, Kabuto. Talents: 23313. Summon: Ninja Moneky/Monkey King. This is solo on expert mode. You c*e normal Sakura or GNW Sakura and just fir the summon. The Important thing here is to buff Earth main and Ukon/Sakon.
Formation:
Kabuto - x - Earth main
x - x - x
Sailor Sakura - x - Ukon/Sakon
Wave 1 - Kill ASAP
Wave 2 - Take your d4mn sweet time. Don't use any mysteries and just kill with standard attacks. Always use Kabuto summon clone mystery whenever available to buff Ukon/Sakon.
Wave 3 - Double Nuke on Danzo with Earth main and Ukon/Sakon on round 1. Don't use any mysteries after Danzo dies and just kill with standard attacks. Important: Kabuto and Sakura mystery must be ready.
Final Wave - Before wave 3 ends, you must spam click/spam press Sakura and Kabuto's mystery so they become bait for Itachi's chaos. During Sasuke skill animation, you can now cast Earth main and Ukon/Sakon mystery. Ukon/Sakon can 1 shot them both if buffed up enough but if not, then they will have little HP left and you can kill them in the next round.

This is for lightning main.
So I've been playing around on SA and I've completed it a total of 6 times now on auto. This is the line up that I used, you can swap out hashirama for Sasuke or any barrier ninja that you have that benefits your team.
Talents and summons below. It's possible to use a different summon if you can achieve a higher combo. Also it's best that you stall out round 2 and 3 so that kimi can build up his resistance. Once round 3 ends, turn off auto and don't use any talents until chaos is done.. Once it's done just turn on auto again. I was able to majority of it.

X Hashirama XYou don't need to have that high of a BP to beat it. The difficulty scales per level. Hope this helps!
