If you get screenshots to help better the scenarios, It can be much better.
It could have also been an extremely rare occurrence that can't be repeated.

Allow me to phrase this, Bug reports are sent to the proper team to handle said bugs. There's no progress bar or ETA's on when bugs are fixed. However, we do check in from time to time. It depends on the importance of the bug that determines its speed.

So because there's no progress bar and we can't provide consistent check-in's just due to the nature of how many things get reported. Threads will be locked. Once again, this isn't a discussion thread.
