[ Bugs ] request timeout and now can't connect to the game...

today the game is very slow and im getting request timeout alot.

what happened? is it because of the maintenance? because my internet is working fine and now i cant even enter in the game it says i couldn't connect and have to contact customer support service????

what happened? i dont remember the game/mini client like this before...

still not resolved. cleared my dns and now can enter the game but still i get request timeout.

what is going on? can someone help me?
