Hi guys ! I want to tell you something about the game because i am new on this game and i hope you can help me just asnwer at my questions if is possible !

1.At the instance->plot instance, i did all missions, and can you tell me please, why i can't claim the rewards ? I claimed only money, but i want and to get fragments(like in photo)

I am 100% sure that fragments are not from plot instance. For example i have at Kimimaro 39/80 fragments, and 35 comes from elite instance, not from plot instance. look :
