the fun part is your kisame would 100% get nuked round 2 because No one in their right mind would let his mystery through plus more fun is that pretty much any ninja will do their mystery first because kisame is in slot 3, also the thing with kisame is that his mystery doesn't * the chakra that has already being used like if the opponent presses the mystery *on and his chakra gets deducted then kisame cant steal that chakra.

Everyone makes these bare-bones teams these days and most of them sometimes forget about basic game mechanics, like lets for example say that the team mentioned above does 100% what the OP explained and steals all chakra round 1 however even if that team steals a million chakra on round 1 your opponent will still get the 40 default chakra on round 2 which will most likely result in kisame getting *n out the window or heavily CCed.
