kabuto haku suigetsu guy and hinata
why do you want me to rush them to 5 stars fast? for nine tails? for refine frags?
how can you rush guy? you only get him in elite while the others there is the shop aswell.
This is how I see things.
Kabuto - great healer in general, good for survival trial
Haku - good starter character for water mains until you get someone like Mei or Darui
Suigetsu - also a good early/mid damage option for water mains. I think (?) he can be replaced by Chojuro?
Guy - Overall solid utility character.
Hinata - Extremely useful in many situations, one of the best free characters
