I'm sure you already know of this but you must join a group with strong players and ask support every time you do SS convoy so you can rush 4000 coupons.

get sailor sakura fast if you're dedicated to water main, and if you are a recharge based person you can get hokage tsunade too.

If you are rich when you hit level 70( I don't know if this is where jinchu treasure appears) buy seal scrolls and get han or roshi or both, they will be a great help, If you want a nuke team draw in kage treasure and If you get mei you should buy gnw 1010 or draw from edo tensei.

overall your current team has good survivaility since the server just started and your competitors are almost the same as you, youronly biggest problem are only the top spenders in your server

note: you should rush kabuto haku suigetsu guy and hinata to 5 stars
