I use Chojuro, Mei, GNW TenTen. From what you have, id go with Mei, GNW TenTen, and Suigetsu. Skills being 1-1-4-1-1 and a combo summon (tonton, chameleon, or King of Hell)

Use poison so that you can do it in the first round. For 9 tails, i have it so that I always end up with zero chakra after all my abilities cycle. For my lineup

1st round: Main 20

2nd Round: Chojuro: 40

3rd Round: GNW TenTen:60

4th Round: Main 20, Mei 60 and then I usually die to Tailed Beast Ball.

That's the reason why people recommend Iruka (but yours is only 2 stars), 20 chakra mystery on first round and guaranteed critical on 10 hit combo. I'd recommend suigetsu instead because he does 2 autos with the possibility of a 3 hit combo combo'd with GNW TenTen giving Crit bonus, mei barrier, and water enhancement from main
