I dont entirely understand how Breakthrough Pill(BP) work; The Equipment I was working on had 79% initiative with one BP already on it which pushed it to 80% total then I got my hands on another BP and was trying to pu* to 81% so it could go from Purple stats to Gold stats, it failed. I thought the stats would change tiers but didn't, so can BP change the tiers at all or what?
