Hi! So the breakthrough pill actually just adds an additional 1% to all the stats of one equipment of your choosing, but it is still separate from the percentage the equipment originally has. This means that equipment that has purple tiered stats will stay purple, while gold tier stats will stay gold regardless of how many Breakthrough Pills you give it.
