The order of passive "activation" depends on who you dragged/placed first in your team/lineup.

So if you want your Sage Naruto's clone to be in the boxed spot instead of Azure Fang's clone, then you need to put Sage Naruto first in the lineup followed by your main. (since mains can't be removed from your lineup, you need to place your main to any circles other than 7 first, then place Sage Naruto in circle 4 then finally move your main to circle 7)
