If you want updates to the game such as ultimate training, rescue the jinchuuriki then you have to wait since Oasis does not make content as they translate the content from Tencent (China server - the owner of the source material). Oasis can make new events in Hot Topics since the Taiwanese server did but so far Oasis has been releasing events originating from China and I don't think they'll willing to make new events not released from other servers.
