Yesterday I had sent in a Support request regarding Arena Season Rewards. I was immediately told that they are "aware" of the issue and have "fixed the bug". This would be wonderful had anything actually been done about the problem, however it has not. I sent pictures along with my complaint, these clearly showed that despite at the time of rewarding cycle, I had reached Chunin. This was even stated in the in-game mailbox, yet I was given the incorrect reward and this is not the first time it has happened. On my server, I have never been given the correct Arena Season Reward since advancing past Ninja School Student - Ninja School award is all I am given no matter my ranking and this is entirely unfair. I would like the bug to actually be fixed.
